15.08.24 Update
Accessing the library:
Information services are working hard to resolve access to the library. Whilst this is being resolved, you can use Senate House online (for which you will need to supply your Birkbeck Student ID, and Birkbeck email address to hand.) and in person.
Senate House Library is the central library for the University of London, and offers a range of physical and digital resources - including books, journals, databases, study-space and wifi.
Birkbeck Library is open but with a very reduced service and there is currently no Wi-Fi. However, the team are hoping that there will be a temporary solution available soon.
We are currently awaiting confirmation that the Faculties have contacted students with confirmation of extension dates, please bear with us as we work to get this sorted.

Dear Birkbeck Students,
Unfortunately, we were locked out of all social media accounts as well as all emails due to the technical difficulties all of Birkbeck have been experiencing.
Please find the updates from Birkbeck below as well as instructions as to how to reset your passwords to access student emails and Moodle. We now have access to our accounts again and are working to respond to everyone, please allow us a bit of time to catch up!
Thank you for being so patient with us, we understand that this has been an unsettling time for students.
If you have concerns regarding your deadlines, please contact your supervisors and lecturers who may be able to give you more information regarding extensions.

Still, having issues with access?
The University IT team are working hard to fix students who may still be affected. Please put an ask request in without logging in here, please make sure the ask request is not in your BBK email address, it should be in an email address you can access otherwise you will not have access to the response. Please allow some time for the team to reply.
