Opening Times for the Students' Union Support Service
The service is open Monday – Friday 10:00-17:00.
We offer 30-minute appointments via MS Teams during these times. Face-to-face appointments are also possible but with limited availability.
Booking an Appointment
If you are accessing the service for the first time, you must have filled out the Student Support Case Consent Form.
The form enables us to collect some basic information from you in order to allow us to provide the best possible advice and guidance to you as well as remaining compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
