Campaign Poster Submission
The SU will be professionally printing campaign posters this year. To participate, submit your A4 poster artwork (one version only) by:

Voting Week:
📅 17th February – 23rd February
This is when voting officially opens. You should be preparing your campaign this week so you’re ready to start on time.
Campaign Preparation Ideas:
- Plan when you’ll be on campus to talk to students.
- Schedule opportunities to speak in classes.
- Prepare messages to share in university WhatsApp groups.
- Design and organize campaign materials.
🚫 Reminder: No campaigning is allowed until voting opens on the 17th of February. Early campaigning would violate election rules.
Ballot Stations on Campus:
📍 Mallet Street – Wednesday, 19th and Thursday, 20th February
Students can vote in person at the ballot stations or online throughout the entire voting week.
